By accessing or using Retreat Sync, operated by Taylio, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Retreat Sync is an event management platform designed for organizations managing retreats and events. Our service helps you manage events, coordinate attendees, handle lodging assignments, schedule activities, and facilitate sponsor relationships.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Retreat Sync to:

- Infringe upon the rights of others

Your Content

Payment Terms
Certain features of Retreat Sync may require payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making significant changes that affect your use of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taylio, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Retreat Sync.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taylio, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
